The framework question nobody asks: when it all falls apart, what do you do?
You know the feeling. The momentum, the excitement, the sense that you are achieving something you could not have imagined an hour ago. You are on a roll.
Then the Thursday evening policy nobody thought to update since 2010 quietly reboots everything. Or the weekend one does, and you will never know what happens next, because Friday it was fine. The electrician picks that exact weekend for minor fixes. Or you wake up Monday morning, adrenaline long gone, and sit blank faced at the screen trying to piece it all together.
You spent an hour explaining yourself to your agent. The context is rich. The thread is alive. And now it is gone, or cold, or you cannot even remember which chat it was in.
Most people shrug. That is just how it is. Low expectations dressed up as best practice.
That is not an agent problem. That is a you problem. And the agent cannot fix it for you.
